Not a lot has happened over the past few days with exception of me going to work on the Saturday, which in turn meant that there was nothing I could really be bothered to write about. Another interesting conversation occured today at college however...It seems as though my friend Craig fancies going on a 4-week road trip around Europe and invited a few of us along. If everyone goes there'll be six of us altogether...two cars with three in each car, four drivers in total. (Myself, unfortunately, not likely to be one of them). This brings up only one problem. Funds. I have a job, that's true...but as previously mentioned I really wanted to go to Eurocon this year...and I have an awful feeling that it's going to end up being either one or the other in terms of trips. I guess I'll have to talk with my grandparents and see what they think.
I bought myself another poetry-folder on Saturday. Me being me however...forgot to buy some transparent sleeves for it, so I have to wait until Wednesday to put my two current poems in. I'm also going to be buying a rare Nova Flip book DRoP game from an acquaintance soon. That along with a Mayfair game is going to gost me about £60, but it'll most definately be worth it. Just so long as I keep working and get £40 a week, I ought to be completely fine. The Nova game is rather rare and still in good condition, so this may be my only chance to be able to get one.
Not a massive amount to say except I forgot to mention I made a 'myspace' account a while ago. I shudder just thinking about it. I promised myself I wouldn't make one, but then reasoned that I might as well, if only to keep up to date with my friend's blogs and whatnot. I'll try to stay away from the awful glittery text and bad backgrounds...but in truth it's rather difficult to do.
