Well, first bit of good news is that my driving instructor Gordon has decided that I'm more or less at test standard. The fly in this however, is due to the fact that Derby currently has about an 8-10 week waiting list. This wouldn't normally be a problem, but I'm off to University before then, so I've the added rigmerole of having to find out when my breaks are and trying to book a lesson during one. My Christmas break, hopefully.

I went for a drink with my Law-Lecturer and a couple of friends last night. It was good to be able to just sit and chat, without having to move onto a club or anything. Call me odd, but I can't stand noisy clubs. I much prefer to sit down with a nice drink. In any case, that went well - we're going to try and organise another evening to get together before the end of September.

There was a bit of a drama today. Well, a bit of drama and something that ended up putting me into a crappy mood for the entire morning and a good portion of the evening. What with me going to Uni next month and whatnot, a very dear friend of mine decided to entertain the thought that I'd no longer stay in contact with them. It stung to hell and back. Hopefully, that's been mostly resolved now, but still.

I've put my foot down with a firm hand on PA (Project Avalanche, an RP forum that I host on my website) with regard to playground-ish bickering between that forum and another site. Once again I had to play mother. Ah well, it happens I suppose. Again, I hope it's mostly resolved now.
