I didn't have any Uni lectures today, so I ended up going to a parade of shops on Queen's Road with Hannah at about 3pm or so. There are one or two really nice Charity shops down that road that specialise purely in books. I got 4 of the ones that are on my reading list, plus 'Pegasus in Space' by Anne McCaffrey, and I've put aside three more AMC books that I've been after for awhile. So the day wasn't a complete waste of time.
I've been chatting to Jon this-evening, and I'm still looking forwards to Saturday - moreso now, I think. There's a chance he'll be coming to Warwick with me next year, which ought to be amusing.
I've seen one or two videos regarding the 'Post Secrets' books and blog that I've been glancing at every now and again for a while now. I'm half tempted to post my own into it, but I know it isn't going to happen. Still, it certainly gives me something to think about (as if I needed anything else in my mind right now).
Isn't it hard to do the right thing for the right reasons, as opposed to the wanted thing for the personal reasons and let the devil take the hindmost? Ah well. Such is life.
