Well, welcome one and all into the year 2008. I know I've not written for an absolute age, but at least I've not left it as long as last year. It was over a month without being updated, if I remember correctly.
In any case, I thoroughly enjoyed Christmas. I got everything I asked for (stationary, Water Filter, my grandparents to speak to Mr. Painter about hat carving course I'd like to go on...) but I also got a substantial amount of money. My Nana and Grandad gave all three grandchildren £500 each. I'm currently writing this post on my new laptop, which has been set up to the wireless internet we have (Huzzah!). In fairness I do need it for University, so it isn't all just playing about.
Talking about Uni, I've still to finish even one of the three Assignments I have due in. I'm slowly working through one of them this-evening, but previously it's been absolutely hopeless. Thankfully I have the Monday at Uni to pull my second inevitable all-nighter to get them finished. (The two English ones in any case, the History one isn't needed until a week later). I'm not sure as to what my feelings are about going back. I'm ready to start work again, but I'm going to miss the creature comforts that home-life brings.
