Well, it's 18:58pm and I'm lying on my bed with my laptop on my knee, sipping at the pear cider my grandparents bought a bottle of for me and, as usual, multitasking. I phoned up Wolf Watch UK today, in order to arrange a date to go and see Luna, and it seems as though that date will be on the 25th of next month. Which gives me just over a month to get myself a new camera. The one I have - as I've stated before - is really rather poor. As well as that I've been RPing, and writing up part of my father's Dr Who fan fiction story. It's doubtful it'll go anywhere else, but he writes his stories on old pads of lined paper, and after five years of them sitting about the house they tend to go a little yellow. It's a shame, but that's life I guess. I looked over a magazine article he'd written for the Headway group he goes to the other day, which he actually ask me nicely to do and didn't sneer at me afterwards. I think he was in rather a generous mood that day, but it's nice to do things together without him being patronising or argumentative. it's why I attempt to keep the subject on books and writing or RPing or something. it's something we can both chat about comfortably.
So after a couple of days when I've not been particularly content with life - due to one reason and another, I find it best not to dwell too much otherwise it just ends up as a cycle - I'm in a...content mood this evening. Not exactly relaxed, (that isn't something that happens to me all that often regardless of circumstances), but content. I rather like the feeling, truth be told. I'm looking forward to the 17th of this month, when I take a train down to London with a good friend of mine and go to see the musical 'Wicked'. It doesn't seem like a big chore, but I was rather pleased that I managed to organise it by myself. Usually things like that daunt me.
Well, I'm off to go and pester my grandparents for a short while. It's nice to spent time with them, and from what I can hear, they're currently in the conservatory working on a jigsaw puzzle that Nana got from the national war arboretum the other day.
