Fact of life #3 - Other people will only play instruments at the most inappropriate times.

I'm still up to my eyeballs in work, although admittedly I could've done a lot more this evening than I have actually done. Still, it's not midnight yet so I have an hour or two to work until I retire for the evening. I really ought to finish reading and making notes on the Introduction to the Riverside Chaucer...something I've been doing on and off for the past few days.
My Renaissance lecture today was more enjoyable than I thought it was going to be. After going through a period of getting to dislike Shakespeare, I'm starting to enjoy his work again. Looking at a number of his sonnets made me interested enough to see if I could manage to write one myself, and I don't think I did too bad of a job considering it was my first try. Sticking to the conventions was a surprisingly difficult but good exercise. P'raps I'll do a couple more if I manage to get some feedback from DA for it.
Oh, I also started on the English Societies' website today. I'm just waiting on some feedback for ideas and some photographs. Shouldn't take me too long, really...and it'll be something good to put on my CV...(Which I really ought to update...)
