So instead of going to two Society Introductions today, I only went to one. I didn't sleep in, regardless of the fact I went to bed at around 4am. It was because I didn't have a Sports Card and therefore was unable to attend the first of the Fencing meetings. In truth I was a little disappointed, but then again it gave me the afternoon free to go and do some food shopping at the local supermarket. (We also finally have an iron, w0ot!).
This evening I went to the Theatre Introduction, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We got a taster of the sort of standard that'd be expected of the performers, and it completely blew me away. I've signed up for not one but two auditions tomorrow. 'Boy' and 'Closer'...we'll see how they go.
